Whitespace between newline characters should not be treated as content

Reported by Paweł Gościcki | October 11th, 2008 @ 07:05 AM

The whitespace between the two consecutive newline characters is treated as content and as such results in unwanted <br /> tags.

>> RedCloth.new("h1. Heading\n \nI'd expect it to be a paragraph.").to_html
=> "<h1>Heading<br />\n <br />\nI&#8217;d expect it to be a paragraph.</h1>"

In RedCloth 3.04 the above produced a h1 heading followed by a paragraph.
