HTML links inside multi-para quotes broken without <notextile>

Hey Jason, Okay, so this is a slight variation on ticket 59; basically, if you don't surround the <a href> with <notextile> then it won't be recognised.

I'm not sure whether you want to support this case, since there's a workaround, but if you do, here's a failing test:
