RedCloth introduce extra space within words or sometimes extra tags like <div>

We are using Redcloth with wysiwyg edtior. We want to send an email for the content stored via wysiwyg edtior.
The content stored via wysiwyg edtior seems perfectally fine, but when email is send with this text, some extra characters are introduced (like extra space between the words or extra tags like
