Bug with em tags

Reported by Mark Kocera | October 31st, 2012 @ 03:42 PM

I'm updating a site to Rails 3 and Ruby 1.9.3, I'm using the latest RedCloth. The parser gets confused with constructions like this:

This does _not_, "parse":http://www.url_with_onderscore.com right.

becomes:

<p>This does <em>not_, <a href="http://www.url_with">parse</a></em>onderscore.com right.</p>

This however does work:

This does _however,_ "parse":http://www.url_with_onderscore.com right.
<p>This does <em>however,</em> <a href="http://www.url_with_onderscore.com">parse</a> right.</p>

The site I'm updating is currently using RedCloth 4.1.9 where the parser works as expected.
Any idea how to fix this?
