
Empty/missing table cells shouldn't wreck table

You should be able to have an uneven number of cells in a row
and blank cells.
Textile2 just leaves blank cells off; I don't think we want to do that, especially mid-row. What does PyTextile do?

Uneven number of cells in a row is now okay as of 078211. It just leaves them off. I don't have a better solution.
Working on empty table cells...
