RedCloth 4.2.6 is broken on Mac OS X

I believe this is related to the Case Sensitive change (which changeset 9f37963bf54a55fb8935 attempts to reinstate). It's also related to ticket 207.
I've created a gist with the steps I took to replicate and fix the problem on my machine (basically an addition to the Gem require_paths.
I haven't created a patch as I'm not sure whether this fix applies to other operating systems.

I pushed RedCloth gem 4.2.7. Please install and let me know if it fixes it.
If not, use something old like 4.2.3 and let me know if that worked for you. If it did, help me figure out what's different, because in 4.2.7 the require_paths should be the same as it was in 4.2.3.
